my why🤍

maybe this is the only hour of your day where you get to shut everything else off. you just get to be here!

that’s what makes this room so special to me. everyone walks in carrying something, even if no one else can see it. this is why I love teaching so much 🪽

come move with me at The Pilates Room + BFF 🤍 link in bio to book!✨🧑‍🩰

We’re so excited to welcome Bailey to the BFF family! 🫶🏼✨

Hi everyone!! I’m Bailey and I’m so excited to be joining the BFF team as a Pilates instructor! I recently completed my Pilates training through STOTT. I love creating classes that challenge you and add value to your day.

I work in finance, I’m working toward my MBA, I love all things health and wellness, Detroit sports, spending time with my friends and family, traveling, and drinking too much iced coffee!

BFF is so special to me because this is where my love for movement began. I’ve truly met some of my besties here. I can’t wait to give back to a place that has given so much to me. Let’s start this chapter together! See you on the mat 🤍

To celebrate, we’re hosting a FREE Pilates Pop-Up Class! 🧘‍♀️

📅 Thursday, September 17
⏰ 6:00 PM

welcoming bailey🪽

health and wellness have completely changed bailey’s life through the incredible community they’ve brought her. she fell in love with getting stronger, but it’s the people who keep her coming back. walking into the studio and seeing both new and familiar faces is easily the best part of her day.

bailey’s goal is to help clients become more confident, and have fun every time they step onto the mat. she can’t wait to welcome you to class and be a small part of your fitness journey. she’s incredibly thankful for this new chapter, and can’t wait to move with you guys starting this saturday! by @baileys.core
