✨ONE YEAR (and 2.5 months) CHECK-IN✨

Sorry I’m late y’all! I’ve been so locked in, I done messed around and lost 50lbs in a year 😤 It’s crazy looking back on old pics of myself. I feel shame for having let myself look like that, and even more shame that I was still so confident in myself. But I’m actually so thankful to have always been a confident person on the inside, because it helped motivate me to reflect that on the outside! If my confidence was on 1000 before, it’s definitely at a million now. Every day I wake up and show up for myself, I get stronger—not only physically but also mentally, and I’ve shown myself that I’m capable of achieving anything I put my mind to. I hope this inspires someone who’s too intimidated, to just get up and get in the mf gym! We all gotta start somewhere 💪🏽 Y’ALL MAY NOW ADDRESS ME AS BAILEY SKINNIER 💅🏽

✨6 MONTH CHECK IN✨

If you would’ve told me 6 months ago that I would look and feel this good about myself, I would’ve locked in a long time ago! I can’t explain what made me go this hard, but I thank God for it everyday. I’ve never lost this much weight off straight discipline and now y’all can’t tell me SHIT 💅🏽
