Swirled, not stirred. 🍪
Meet the eggless pinwheel cookie that looks fancy, tastes buttery, and is shockingly easy to make (like, dangerously easy).

They’re soft, crumbly, chocolaty-vanilla spirals of joy — aka edible fidget spinners for your mouth.

Here’s what you need:
🧈 1/4 cup butter (soft, like your playlist)
🍭 1/4 cup powdered sugar (the grown-up cousin of icing sugar)
🌾 1 cup flour
🌀 1/8 tsp baking powder
🥛 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp milk (divided for drama)
🍫 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Now pretend you’re on a baking show:
1. Cream butter + powdered sugar till it’s light and fluffy like a gossip session.
2. Toss in the flour, baking powder & 2 tbsp milk. Knead a smooth dough (arm workout!).
3. Split the dough in half. Add cocoa + 1 tbsp milk to one half. Congrats, you now have two personalities.
4. Roll ‘em both into thin sheets — like pastry origami.
5. Stack vanilla over chocolate (gently, like it’s your ex’s ego).
6. Roll it up tight for those hypnotic swirls.
7. Freeze for 15–20 mins, slice, bake at 170°C till the edges say hello in golden brown.

Eat warm. Store in jars. Brag on Instagram. Or just show up at Anaa’s Bakehouse and let us do the messy bit for you. 😉
