steak cooked on the cast iron and served with my favorite chimichurri dense bean salad + some orzo! I make this often & switch out protein options/no protein too!

1 can garbonzo bean
1 can white northern bean
1 bunch of green onion
1 bunch of cilantro
1 package mozerella pearls (I had to chop mozerella up in this photo because they were out)
1 package of cherry or grape tomatoes
Generous!!! amount of red wine vinegar
Olive oil

I 💛 summer food!

grilling in the heat before a night shift is definitely a workout, but so worth it! found this yummy recipe on tik tok! I added quinoa instead of croutons!
