Hi! I wrote a song!
I actually wrote like 4 songs and a cover but basically, every year I write @darkignis a post-punk song for her birthday, Christmas, our anniversary or Valentine’s Day; they’re all basically a month apart from one another so why not have fun with it?
This is the 5th song I’ve written for this annual project and I don’t usually share them or post about them at all because these songs are REALLY all written for just Steph to hear, but I’m particularly proud of this one instrumentally speaking (especially the bass) and I wanted to share it. There are ska chords in the chorus if that does anything for you, but it’s straight post-punk/goth rock outside of that one bit.
Anyway, it’s up on streaming.
Search PLEA - The Winter Lantern on whatever service you use. I’m not linking it in bio; you’re an adult now, you can figure it out.
The rest of this post is all pictures of my LOVELY fiancé 🖤
Happy #birthmasvalentanaversary @darkignis I love you

This post doesn’t even come close to documenting everything and everyone I got to see in Japan, but we’ve been back for a week now so it’s time to say that having the privilege to get to take @halfpasttwoska out to Japan as my first outing as TM (for a band that I’m not already in) was absolutely incredible. Thank you for trusting me to pull this off for you all. Also thank you to everyone who helped support and make this tour possible.

20th Jul 2025 at Shimokitazawa SHELTER.

Half Past Two / 3 Small Words (Josie And The Pussycats cover)

Their show was great again tonight.
Tomorrow is the final leg of their tour in Osaka.
Their show and tour are expected to be a huge success.

I would love for them to come back in a few years for an album release tour.

Thank you so much.

The rider isn’t a wish list, it’s a vision board ✨ The tour manager deserves hazard pay for dealing with all the details and personalities of the tour.

Though having a rider filled is a luxury, Half Past Two’s rider has two things on it: a fruit plate and Diet Coke (not expired)

[[ it 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 says “not expired” 😂 I’ve gotten so many expired DC *𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩*BottomOfTheHillSF*𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩* and they taste like DEATH so our superstar TM Brent put that specifically on our rider, he’s the best!]]

I’ve been a promoter myself and I’ve seen some silly riders, I won’t name bands… 👀👀👀
