Huge thank you to our team, both in the field and the office, for the spot-on coordination on this project.

And a special thank you to Pala Casino for trusting us. We’re grateful for the opportunity to add this to our portfolio.

We’ve come a long way from two men and a truck (or the Altima👀) but this is still just the beginning. #BajaBoys🦈 taken in Pala Casino Spa Resort by @baja_roofing

Vegas for the Western Roofing Expo! 🍻🏠

Great time bringing some of our team out, catching up with friends in the industry, and building relationships.

Huge thank you to all of our distributors and manufacturers who invited us out and showed us a great time. We appreciate you! 🤝

And one thing we’ll always stand on. There’s plenty of work out here for everybody. Support each other, keep raising the standard, and let the work speak for itself. 💯

Now back to work. 🫡

Customer wasn’t too happy… so I had to go make things right personally 😂🌹

Brought her some roses, addressed her concerns, earned her trust back AND got the job.

Then she hit me with the “you’re not bad looking either” 😂😂

Who’s actually working on your roof? 👀🏠

For Diane, having W-2 employees was a major factor—and so was getting the value she wanted.

The best part? Baja Roofing delivered the care and extras she was looking for at a competitive price. 🔨🙌

The right crew makes a difference.

Signed the contract… and suddenly your contractor disappears? 🚩🏠

That wasn’t Diane’s experience.

Day or evening, when she reached out, we responded. Because great roofing isn’t just about the roof—it’s about being there throughout the entire process. 📲🙌

Giving back with the best crew. 🏠✨ We loved hosting dinner at the Ronald McDonald House last week! A huge thanks to Michael @lapaintguy from @trifectareconstruction for joining us. It’s always a great reminder that our work is about more than just roofs—it’s about the community.

You should never be left guessing about your roof. 🏠💡

Diane did her research—but we were the first company to actually walk her through the entire roof replacement process.

Clear expectations. No confusion. No surprises. 🙌

The best compliment? Being recommended to the neighbors. 🏠❤️

From the attention to detail to a crew that truly cares, Diane didn’t just love the result—she’s already spreading the word. 🙌🔨

That’s the Baja Roofing difference.

She expected noise, mess, and property damage… 😰🏠

Instead? A smooth roof replacement, a protected home, and a crew that truly cared. 🙌

After interviewing 4 other roofing companies, Diane chose Baja Roofing—and says she’s thrilled she did. ❤️🔨

A small detail helped win a $25,000 roofing deal. 💰🏠
While others use plastic, we protect landscaping with breathable mesh. 🌱☀️ Sometimes the details CLOSE the deal.
