In His mercy, He gave me strength when I had none, love when I felt empty, and grace that carried me when I couldn’t stand on my own.
Today, I’m still here alive, breathing, and becoming great!😊

Thank You, Lord, for the chance to see another year, for the energy to keep going, and for surrounding me with Your endless love.

*Taking a moment to reflect on my journey over the past year…*

A year ago, I was in one of the darkest places of my life — heartbroken, grieving the loss of a partner, and overwhelmed with the weight of leaving my job. Everything felt like it was falling apart. It was a storm I didn’t see coming, and for a moment, I genuinely thought the world was ending.

Then, one day, a friend visited to offer condolences. But that conversation turned out to be so much more. As we spoke about our personal and professional lives, he shared the incredible progress he had made in his career. That moment lit something in me. A quiet but powerful voice inside said, “This is your path too. You can do this.”

That was the spark. I decided to go for it — a journey that typically takes 3 to 5 years. But I said to myself, “You’ve got what it takes. You’re doing this in one.”

And so, I began.

The past year has been a test of everything I am. Perseverance. Consistency. Endless nights of learning. Sacrifices. Financial strain. Moments of doubt. Moments of silence. But I kept going.

And now, here I stand — not just as a survivor of that storm, but as a victor.

This journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth every tear, every lesson, every sleepless night.

I am proud. I am grateful. I became a fully Registered Builder 👷‍♀️ by the Council of Registered builder of Nigeria 1st Nov. 2024. 💃🏼🙏🙏

It’s all God.

People tell you the world looks a certain way. Parents tell you how to think. Schools tell you how to think. TV. Religion. And then at a certain point, if you’re lucky, you realize you can make up your own mind. Nobody sets the rules but you. You can design your own life.
