Not sure which I love more — the flowy fondant ruffles or the cheery little blossoms. What about you?

Hi, I’m Rachel—but you can call me Coco! I’m so glad you found your way to my little corner of the cake world, where passion, creativity, and a whole lot of love go into every bite.

To my favorite little humans (aka, my nieces and nephews), I’m “Coco,” the lady who turns flour, sugar, and love into a sweet celebration. For more than a decade, I’ve used baking as a way to bring joy to my family and friends—and now, after years of messy, joyful experimentation, I’m sharing my cakes with the world.

With Bake Coco Bake, you’ll get a cake crafted with the same love and care I’ve poured into bakes for my own family. Whether it’s a wedding, a birthday, or another celebration, get ready to make your special moments unforgettable!

Who guessed there was an elephant hiding in those chocolate layers? 💜🐘

A little carving, some Rice Krispie treats, and plenty of frosting later… she’s ready to party! 🥳

Have a wild cake idea? Send me a message and let’s bring it to life! 🎂

Where delicate details meet a little drama. 🤍
Soft florals, flowing ruffles, and layers of texture coming together to create something completely one-of-a-kind. It’s all in the details. ✨

It’s the little details that make the whole design come together. 🤍🌸

Tiny flowers, delicate swirls, and each detail carefully placed until the cake feels complete. Sometimes the prettiest designs are all about the finishing touches. ✨

This one is pure happiness in cake form. 🌈🦄✨

A little magic, a lot of color, and almost too cute to cut. 🩷 Every celebration deserves a cake that’s just as fun as the moment you’re celebrating!

DM me to talk about your next event cake.

A celebration of a dream come true—and a cake inspired by a favorite K-Drama. 🇰🇷✨

Created to celebrate a newly attained citizenship, this cake was inspired by Guardian: The Lonely and Great God and filled with details that make it truly one-of-a-kind.

Hand-painted mountains, trees & Korean symbols, delicate wafer-paper cherry blossoms, intricate fondant details, and custom 3D-printed benches and lampposts brought this K-Drama-inspired scene to life. 🌸🏔️

A cake that tells a story, celebrates a milestone, and proves that the sweetest celebrations are all in the details. 🤍

I see it. I like it. I want it. 🤍🍰

The cake was sweet, but the way they look at each other? Even sweeter.

It started out so elegant and romantic… 🤍✨

The bride and groom had their sweet little cake-cutting moment, and then the cake bandits came out. 😂

No forks. No plates. No hesitation. Just four girls and a serious craving for cake. 🎂😂

Honestly, I’m taking it as the ultimate compliment. 🫶
