Live Sound/Recording/Mixing Engineer? Check!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Studio magic: where worlds start with sound.

Ever wondered how a single drum hit or a cello swell can bring a game or film scene to life? That’s the bit I love most—building entire universes from a blank session.

Right here in South London, I’m blending years of live and studio experience to craft soundtracks and sound design for projects that need something a little extra. Whether it’s epic fantasy, punchy action, or cinematic sci-fi—this is where it all begins.

Curious how your next project could sound? Let’s chat! 🎬🥁 by @bakedaudio

Stage and Monitor tech for the awesome @mogwaiband last Thursday @Southfacingfestival. They absolutely smashed it! As always, it was a pleasure to work with the team and for @adlib.co.uk!

My gorgeous wife graduated from @stmellitus with a Higher Education Certification in Theology, Ministry and Mission today!

So proud of you babe 🙌🏼 Those long days writing and researching in between a full time job and planning a wedding all paid off today!

Hollow Knight Demo Re-score:

Last year December I started a course on Music Composition for Video Games with Jason Graves (run by @elvtrcom). I am a musician first, and it's always been my first love when it comes to the creative industries!

Recently, I have started to focus on new avenues for my creative outlet and moving my career towards Sound Design and Composition (specifically for video games), and this course has been one of the most fun ways to delve more into that world!

It has been an amazing experience and pushed me to create music I never would have before! Thank you so much to @jasongravesmusic and the team for creating a space to explore and learn about this field!

Below you can find my showreel and soundcloud with the work I have done on the course; I will update this regularly as I create more. If you want to get in touch and create some games together I would love to have a chat :)

I recently mixed Monitors for the lovely band at New Wine 2024 and it was a blast! Long days, but rewarding work :)
Great to be working alongside @solotech_uk_group @porridgeoats86 @richharris87 @silvers_james and Tim Pinnington (and many more awesome people)

Desk: @digico.official Q225
Wireless: @shure ULXD + @dpa_microphones 4488
Vocals: Shure KSM9 + Beta58
IEM: @shure P9HW + @sennheiser SR2050 wireless.

I had a spare mix at the end of this festival so I threw a rough mix together of what I like (I'm a drummer, so drums sit on top, music just underneath and vocals somewhere in the music) - I thought it turned out ok!

Thanks to @64audio for supplying me with the A6t IEMs, they really helped with accurate monitoring and made my life so easy and comfortable!

Shout out to the band over the week 🔥🤌🏼

Recorded my cue mix straight from the desk for a Carol show I did in December... Think it turned out quite nicely 👌🏼

Mixing in a @digico.official SD10 with @shure Ancient mics on @sennheiser G3 IEMs. @64audio ears for myself and and mixture of @ultimateearspro @cosmicears and generics for the band.

Yes it was a different session I recorded on video so the solo transitions don't match up. However, I wanted to give you guys a flavour of what it sounds like side of stage versus in ears and what the musicians hear.
