A little B.B.B. Bagel Care 101

Our organic sourdough bagels are made with simple, natural ingredients and a long fermentation, which means they’re best enjoyed fresh, within the first 24 hours for that perfect chewy, fresh-baked texture.

But if you’re not eating them right away, freezing is your best friend! 🧊🥯

Freezing your bagels helps lock in that fresh-baked goodness and, fun little food fact, cooling and freezing starchy foods can increase the formation of resistant starch, which are a type of starch that isn’t fully digested in the small intestine and can act as a food source for beneficial gut bacteria. ✨

So yes… freeze those bagels! Your future self will thank you! 😉 by @bakedbetterbagels

Delicious, delicate and dreamy — NovaVera Yamalak Sarısı EVOO tasting at The Shop at Harmon’s! ✨

NovaVera is a multi-award-winning EVOO producer from Turkey, and Yamalak Sarısı stands out with its vibrant, grassy and fruity character.

We paired the EVOO with delicious sourdough bagels @bakedbetterbagels. Yes, an unusual pairing but works magically when you have an early harvest olive oil that is quietly complex, rare and fruity.🥯🫒

A big thank you to @theshopatharmons for having us, and to Baked Better Bagel for this lovely collaboration. 🤍
