🎈Happy birthday to Raphael! @babysham_raphael 🦕 🦖

| Vanilla soft sponge with chocolate mascarpone buttercream 🥚 🍫

One of the key things to a nice birthday cake design is how many colour to use! The more doesn’t necessary mean better. When I make decorative cake I try to use no more than 3 main colours, and in different shades you will get many more colours!

This way you keep the design clean and sleek and also help you save time which is very important since there’s 100s of steps already with this cookie cake 😌🤪

😍😍Rich pistachio with a kick of tangy raspberry is a match made in heaven | That’s why you often see them in cake stores too! ✨ ❣️it’s all about complementary flavours

🍋‍🟩With homemade raspberry coulis made with fresh lemon juice or sometimes peopl use jam too — but I like to keep everything clean and fresh and making it from scratch allow me to control the sugar content & consistency 🤍

⚜️Happy Birthday to Edna⚜️ with Signature gold painted Fondant plaque
