BOT homage to the simple yet classic Chocolate Tart 🥰🍫

Dark Chocolate, Dark Caramel, Sea Salt & Roasted Cacao Nibs.

When people ask, why is chocolate is so expensive to use in desserts.....

It makes me sad to say that real chocolate is soon to be a luxury. The cocoa supply & cultivation situation has dramatically changed over the years, and the story in 2026 is way more than just simply saying,“there is a cocoa shortage.”

Think about it... doesn't chocolate cater to your every kind of mood, whim, fancy & emotion that one can experience to feel alive. I'm sure that I speak for a large majority of people around the world when I say, "I love Chocolate."

It's a global crisis that affects one of our most beloved comfort foods. 😢❤️

The versatility of this ancient beautiful ingredient seems to have crossed almost all boundaries of the globe. Sadly, it has aways been grown sparingly in very concentrated pockets around the world.

Like any other recipe that is a well guarded secret the weather around the world also seems to have it's own secret plans for the future, affecting many such natural bounties we currently can still afford to enjoy.
