Children need more than just reminders to be kind. They need stories, examples, and conversations that help them understand what bullying looks like, how it affects others, and the courage it takes to stand up for themselves and others. Reading can open doors to conversations that children may not always know how to start. That’s one of the reasons I wrote my children’s book. I want to be part of creating stories that empower children, build confidence, and remind them that their voices matter. Let’s put more books in little hands that teach big lessons. ❤️📚 Available on Amazon link is in my bio ✨🙏🏾 #StopBullying #AntiBullying #ChildrensBooks #ReadWithYourKids #BullyingAwareness by @bakerskitchen__

SKIN CARE & GUT HEALTH IN ONE BOWL? 👀🍲#octobowl Who knew something as old-school as CHICKEN FEET could be part of a beauty conversation?! 👏🏾✨ I’m on DAY 20 of my CLEAN EATING JOURNEY! ❤️ Today, we’re making chicken feet broth, so let’s talk ingredients! 🍗 Chicken feet: Rich in collagen, which supports skin, joints & connective tissues. 🥕 Carrots: Beta-carotene for healthy skin, vision & immunity. 🌿 Celery: Adds flavor and nutrients. 🧅 Onions & 🧄 garlic: Contain antioxidants and prebiotic compounds that may support gut health. 🌱 Cilantro: Adds freshness and antioxidants. 🍎 Apple cider vinegar: Adds acidity and flavor. ✨ Turmeric & black pepper: Contain compounds studied for their anti-inflammatory properties. 🧂 Chicken bouillon: Adds savory flavor; watch the sodium! 💧 Water: Helps extract flavor and gelatin. 🍲 HOW TO MAKE THE BROTH: Add everything to a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 8-10 hours. Strain out the chicken feet and vegetables, cool the broth promptly in shallow containers, and refrigerate within 2 hours. Once chilled, skim off the solidified fat if desired. Drink on empty stomach on the wake up for best results. Beauty from within, traditional nourishment, and being intentional about what we feed our bodies! ✨❤️ This journey isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress, one meal at a time. 👇🏾 Have you ever eaten chicken feet, or is this a HARD PASS? 😂 #CleanEatingJourney #ChickenFeet #BoneBroth #GutHealth BeautyFromWithin SouthernCooking by @bakerskitchen__

Coat the shrimp and cook until opaque and cooked through. 🍠 CRISPY SWEET POTATOES • Frozen sweet potatoes • Cumin • Smoked paprika • Garlic powder • Sea salt Season the sweet potatoes and air-fry or roast until golden and crispy, following the package directions for cooking time. 🍅 FRESH PICO DE GALLO • Tomatoes • Red onion • Cilantro • Jalapeño • Fresh lime juice • Seasoning to taste Chop everything, mix together, and adjust the lime and seasoning to your liking. 🥑 SLICED AVOCADO Slice fresh avocado and add it to your bowl. 🌿 GARLIC CILANTRO LIME SAUCE • Fresh cilantro • Greek yogurt • mayo (small amount optional ) • garlic cloves • Fresh lime juice • Red pepper flakes • A little chicken bouillon • Salt to taste (very little!) Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the lime and seasonings as needed. 👩🏽‍🍳 COOKING TIP: A little goes a LONG way when using salty seasonings! Chicken bouillon and other seasoned ingredients already contain salt, so taste as you go before adding more. You can always add a little, but taking it away is a different story! 😉🧂 💪🏽 Shrimp provides lean protein, sweet potatoes offer fiber and energy, and avocado adds healthy fats.
