So made this beautiful moist cake ! It came out the pan so easy and I glazed it with some berry icing and topped with fresh blackberries

I put the rest of the blackberries in a matching bowl I just bought !! it’s a @masoncashuk ! The colours and patterns are gorgeous

And I used my purple backdrop from @cblbackdrops coz it matched beautiful 💜💜

I have for many years loved @masoncashuk bowls and have collected a few !! Today I went in @dunelmuk and found the little bowls so got them to add to my collection

My Nan always used them and I loved them from a young age ! But I could go mad as the beautiful colours and scenes on them now are just fab ! They have bowls quiche dishes ramekins in all the beautiful colours

These bowls are made to last they are so well made and are a bakers dream ! So I will be using my mini ones for beating eggs or using my spices ! But to be fair they can be used for so many recipes etc ! They are just beautiful and I got one of my gorgeous backdrops out I got from @cblbackdrops !
These are so good you can wipe them down if you spill anything on them ! And the quality is exceptional

So if you need some good bowls these are my go to !

My husband came home with a big box of cherries and as much as I’m was happy I thought how am I going to get the pips out as I haven’t got a cherry pitter

I didn’t want to use a knife as I didn’t want to lose most of the cherry but also didn’t want to chop any bits of my fingers in the process 😳

So I went off to the shops to hunt one down

Well I went into the @procookuk shop I’ve bought a few bits in there and I was so pleased to find one and I can’t believe how cheap it was. ! I thought well I will get but I don’t expect it to be any good but as it was the only one it will have to do

Well I am so impressed with this cherry pitter I pitted 900grms of cherries in no time and I didnt lose any of the cherry apart from the pip !!

It cost me £3 what an amazing gadget for my kitchen ! Thank you @procookuk for saving me my fingers and a lot of time that could of been spent hacking the cherries to bits

I just want to wish my dear friend @sandramargaret170 a very happy 70th birthday today

She loves her garden so I thought I would make some garden themed fondant 🌹🌷🐝 🐌 🐸 🪏🌻 I used @asda fondant it’s really pliable and great to colour with @colour.mill love all the different colours

I made some cupcakes as I know she will have a lot of visitors and thought cupcakes would be easier to give to everyone

Have a great day 🌹🌷🌹🌷

I wanted something different for friends and family ! So I made @janespatisserie sticky toffee cake

I had some @marksandspencer medjool dates so I thought let’s do this

Wow a moist flavourful sponge with a homemade toffee sauce mixed in with the buttercream

Then finished off with some cut up caramel Easter eggs

This is a cake that all the different flavours with dark sugar and treacle and @nielsenmasseyuk vanilla paste giving it a rich tone

This is a cake that your taste buds keep finding all those different flavours that go so well together

So instead of a sticky toffee pudding you have in cake form

And there’s more sauce to pour over
What’s not to like

I’ve been obsessed with mince pies for years ! Made hundreds ! Done so many different recipes ! Tweaked a few !

Then I made @littlevenicecake ‘ @michturnermbe crumble all butter mince pies .

I’ve given them as tasters to my neighbours and friends and family and they all said best yet ‘

My friend @sandramargaret170 lent me a mini pie tin and so I thought I would make some mini crumble pies as sometimes you only want something sweet ! So I made them mini using the same recipe

Oh my these are so delicious just a little treat with a cuppa ! But is one going to be enough 😳😳 when there that good 😂😂

Will be testing this out and see who can resist these little beauties 😂

If you want a quick recipe for an easy but really good tasty quality mince pie then this is it !!

It’s a crumble mince pie so no rolling out pastry no cutting into shapes!
using one bowl !so not lots of washing up after 👍

I saw this recipe from @littlevenicecake @michturnermbe

I thought this too simple ! can it really be this easy and be the best tasting mince pie I’ve ever made ?

I made them they took no time at all and the simplicity !! These are my go too from now on ❤️👍

They are buttery , melt in the mouth and just so yummy

So if you want something tasty as you have friends coming over or a gift ! Look no further ! Try these you won’t be disappointed

The recipe is on @littlevenicecake page ❤️

Thank you to the team at @divertimenti. This is a store in London that has a cookery school but also a cookshop , tableware , knifes , etc and bakeware and this is why I would like to thank them as I won a completion to win this beautiful @nordicwareuk crown Bundt tin .

I was so excited to use it so today .I baked a blueberry and lemon cake and I sprayed the tin with the @pmecake release spray and some flour to coat the tin .

The result was perfect. After cooling for 10 mins in the tin then turning out on a cooling rack and then letting it cool fully before decorating . I did a lemon drizzle icing and used blueberries to finish off 🫐🫐

I got a brush from @lakelanduk which is for cleaning the Bundt tin after as there are lots of nooks and crannies to try to get the cake bits out 😂

I used my cake stand. Plate , cake fork and cake slice also from Lakeland ❤️

Backdrops are from @cblbackdrops
I love them 👍

So thank you @divertimenti for this super tin ❤️❤️❤️
