Strawberry crunch cake - it's giving a spring/summer vibe. How can you imagine it tastes? I've made it simple today but I'm thinking of perhaps giving a cocktail spin. Strawberry, mint, lime...🤔. Yay or nay? taken in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire by @bakesofray

I made this 3 tier cake and cupcakes for a special couple's 50th wedding anniversary at the weekend.

Top tier - lemon
Middle tier red velvet
Bottom tier chocolate

Plant based cupcakes - lemon and red velvet.

It was far from perfect but I've had to learn to accept that I'm still learning and to make the best out of what I have.

A 2 tier Chocolate Cake for my nephew's 18th Birthday!!
I tried different techniques to try and make the cake both flat and stable, so it could be transported like this from Cambridge to Kent, and by the grace of God, it worked!!!
Definitely a proud baker's moment. by @bakesofray

Spring is back, sunshine is beautiful and the days are getting longer. Yay!
I had fun in the kitchen creating this cake for my husband's birthday, I don't normally bake with nuts but my husband loves it, so i decided two of his favourite things, cashew nuts and pear. Have you tried that combo before and would you give this a try? by @bakesofray
