The launch coincided with Joe Harrington’s book launch of “Once Upon a Butter Road – The History and Times of the Irish Butter Road” ( Mercier Press)

My easy high fibre breakfast…
Here’s what I eat for breakfast on a GLP1 and gut health journey.

My base is always Skyr Greek Yogurt.
I add two Irish made faves for a quick little high fibre breakfast. The Folláins Spoonfuls, in my current favourite, apple & pear flavour. And the gorgeous granola from Bakestone Cafe.

I add extra flax seed & milled chia seeds to my Greek yogurt to complete my 2 minute, high fibre breakfast that tastes amazing!
