It’s summer!! ☀️ Which means it’s also Feng’s birthday and peach season!!!🥳😋🍑

For my friend’s birthday I made a Jasmine peach vanilla cake. I made 2 chiffon cakes, layered with Vanilla Buttercream and filled with homemade Jasmine Peach Jam!

It was so spongy, light, not too sweet and perfect for the summer!! Making a chiffon cake was a challenge (which is why I wanted to try to make it) and it was successful yay!! 🕺🏻 My favorite part of all this is seeing my friends enjoy it :,)

Pistachio Cinnamon Rolls!!

This time I couldn’t help myself, they came out so good!!!😋 For these cinnamon rolls I used a new technique called “Tangzhong”. It’s basically heating bread flour, water, and milk in a saucepan until it turns into a paste. This replaces around 5–10% of the flour in the recipe, and when added into the dough it comes out super soft and fluffy, and it lasts longer!! I’m still experimenting with different techniques to perfect them and hopefully soon you’ll be able to try them for yourself at a local farmers market, so stay tuned!!!🌱🤍 by @bakingsofi

Torta de Frescolita 😆🇻🇪! Swapped the milk
for my favorite childhood soda 🫣I know, it sounds
strange!! Soda in a cake? I thought the same at first! But trust me, it’s so good!! This used to be my family’s favorite dessert growing up 😋 Felt like making something that brings back old memories♥️ by @bakingsofi
