HELLO DECEMBER ❤️ ✨

What a great way to start my birthday month.
I got my first copy of December issue.

Never thought I will see my name on this magazine @lamag . I started during pandemic and thought when things will go back to normal-ish, things will be different. I was worried and nervous for my business and about the whole situation and also, the best feeling at the same time. I encountered lots of challenges and failures but I never gave up.

If you want to start a business or thinking of doing it. JUST DO IT and if things don’t go with the plan, that is okay. Because, you can start again and you will do it better.

Back when I was doing my pop-ups. I was declined several times from the organizers. I heard so many reasons/excuses why I couldn’t join. But, those didn’t discourage me, it pushed me to do better and look at me now. I am part of this magazine and it feels good. No hate towards anyone. If anything, Thank you for rejecting me 😂☺️

Hi, it’s me.

When I started this small business back in 2020. I definitely didn’t have any idea that I will make it this far and more. The best part of all these amazing projects are the people who never stop believing in me. Thank you all soooo much.

I always tell and remind myself this

“If you work harder than yesterday and always do your best & having fun while doing what you love, you will be where you supposed to be”

I never thought that my name will be on @latimes 😳🫣 I always dreamed about being on LA TIMES, Thank you @jenn_harris_ for this great opportunity.

And of course @tehachapigrainproject love you guys @sherry_gurl ❤️

THE DAY HAS COME !!!!!

It’s time to pre-order your pies for thanksgiving. This may come a little earlier than normal but, we gotta hustle.

Running a bakeshop with hot food items is something I always wanted and but, never really thought about the full amount of work. Is it exhausting? Yes definitely. But, I have zero regrets. It’s the best kind !!!!

Every system is different, I have my own way & it’s not for everyone, that’s okay. We are all here to learn something from everyone. There’s some days I feel like “damn, how are we going to survive this time?” Moments, like this is when you know your strength and how much you want this & you fight for it. Don’t give up today because tomorrow is a chance to make it better. Always remember that.

This past months it’s been a very difficult for us. I think for everyone in this business. When we had the smaller space, when we hit a little hiccup, we would be just fine. But, now it’s like “OUCH!” So, we changed few things that what will work for us and for the business.

We all have those moments.

I am sharing this because I know, I am not the only one that is struggling. We all are.

To my fellow small business owners !!!!!

100% Rye Espresso Chocolate Cookie

This might be the bestest cookie I have ever made. The flavor of rye flour is phenomenal. It has that nutty, malty flavor, it’s mild but with the dark & milk chocolate combo, it just hits different, then adding the flaky salt on too.
Hallelujah… marry me !!!!!
