It’s never too late. Start that thing you’ve been meaning to try. Make time for it. Embrace repetition because practice does get repetitive, boring and frustrating. But trust the process, because you WILL get there. And most importantly, don’t compare your progress to anyone else… just do it for you!

I’ve never been so humbled by a sport! First 12 months of golf filled with firsts - lessons, practice, tantrums and wins!

We all have to start somewhere. Don’t let the fear of looking stupid stop you from making progress… even if it’s just a hobby! Learn from instructors, find a supportive community, appreciate the art, practice when you can, condition your muscles, build muscle memory, start again if you have to… but most of all…enjoy the journey!
