The most magical experience🧚🏻🧘🏼‍♀️🪷✨counting down the days till May🌸🌺 by @balancedhearts_

Burnout has been real lately—juggling a full time job, running BH, buying a house, and still showing up for loved ones (and myself)💌Here are the wellness tips helping me find my balance again🪐x by @balancedhearts_

The hunter’s full moon 🌕💓

A little reminder that we’re allowed to move through seasons, just like nature does; some seasons are for growing, others are for grounding, reflecting and making space for what’s next.

As we welcome the hunter’s moon today, take a moment to check in with yourself, what are you holding onto that no longer feels aligned? What would you like to make more room for?

You don’t have to carry everything into your next chapter💓

Balanced Hearts 2nd Birthday🥹🍰💞- the most magical & special morning I have ever had!!

It’s hard to put into words what these past two years have meant to me, I get emotional just thinking about it. What started as a little idea and a hope of bringing people together has grown into something that has changed my life in ways I never expected.

Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just about yoga. It became about connection, friendship, showing up for yourself and having a place where you feel like you belong. I’ve watched strangers become friends, familiar faces return again and again, and this little community grow into something so much bigger than I ever imagined💓

To every person who has ever shown support, come to an event, brought a friend, shared a post, sent me a kind message or simply believed in Balanced Hearts-you have been a part of building this community - & I love every single one of your hearts 💓

Two years of movement, connection, growth, beautiful memories and SO SO much love. And somehow, it still feels like we’re only at the beginning💓🥺

Happy 2nd birthday to my little dream, Balanced Hearts. Thank you for giving it a heart of its own💓💓💓
