Since I began competing @sacveganchefchallenge years ago, I have been challenging myself to create with what I have. Looking at ingredients in different ways, using different methods, and different pairings is fun, challenging, and exciting. You can try these out all October long @balancecoffeeshop #sacveganchefchallenge by @balancemeoutnow

Beginning October 1st, every purchase you make will help bring some extra cash to our new non profit partner - @runninforrhett 🏃🏽‍♀️🥰😻 Just like all of our pastries, this banana bread is made with ingredients that help you move- potassium, fiber, antioxidants!
Low in sugar and high in flavor.
PS I only bake what I would eat! #ingredientsmatter and yes you can find this @balancecoffeeshop and Saturdays when I’m out and about at your community event. by @balancemeoutnow

Craving Fall? Meet Karma: 50 competitors and we won the @sacveganchefchallenge a few years back. We will be competing again soon. For now, think caramel, pumpkin pie spices and of course organic maple because ingredients always matter!

Starting 9/22 you can find this wherever you find Balance, including @balancecoffeeshop

Also, Julieta Venegas is coming to Channel 24 and I’m going to be there! (Turn on the sound to hear my fave song) by @balancemeoutnow

Trailer Talk Tuesday- the story behind our new drink (pictured in the last slide)
This is Teresa, my mom. The one who said-sure go ahead and spend all your savings on a new adventure! The one who asked? What? You don’t have enough money from your teaching days? I’ll pitch in! The one who showed up to work and helped me win awards.

In her 30’s she brought her family out of poverty. She is in her 70’s now- Even though she doesn’t have to- she works with me. When she immigrated to the states, she had an American Dream- to purchase a home and she succeeded. I’m grateful to God for her perseverance!
Our seasonal drink is dedicated to her, The American Dream. I hope it helps you achieve your American Dream!
Sincerely,
Nancy by @balancemeoutnow

Golden Bear. It’s a favorite for good reason. Full of antioxidants, rich in flavor. Creamy. And yes, you can get it iced. by @balancemeoutnow
