Hey 𝐿𝑎Babes! 🎀 We’ve officially launched our website so I thought it’s about time we formally introduce ourselves! I’m Deb! Hair stylist, founder, and creative director of this sweet little biz! A little over a year and a half ago La Bionda was just a name and an idea in a journal. After finally being brave enough to say my ideas out loud, my husband said LFG! ✨ but like, what is La Bionda? Truly. When I started going down this road, I wasn’t quite sure what direction we were headed, but I knew I just needed to start. I found myself REALLLLLLY wanting a foil that was branded FOR me and the exact size, texture and density that felt best when working behind the chair. There are soooo many foil companies out there. And so many that I love, but with each one, there was always something I wanted to change a little bit about. My husband used to own a food distribution company, and had made many custom items for restaurants and pizzerias in the area, & I was like HOLD UP- do we know a foil guy? Because I WANNA TALK! One thing led to another, and after a long process of many tossed samples, we created our first prototype that not only worked for me- but guys, it was branded for my salon!!! *SCREAMMM* From that point I was like wait… we can brand anything these days. Your clothes, bags, cups, stationary…. Why not make custom foils available to everyone who wants them? After lots of meetings, research, tech meetings I had no business being a part of, and locking down one hell of a graphic designer… we finally found a team that fit, and La Bionda really started to take shape. 🫡 From there we started creating the website, tools and products that not only worked, but also fit my vibe. Hairdressing is fun, it’s playful, it’s creative, and doesn’t color in the lines, and your tools shouldn’t have to either. We have so many fun new things that are coming your way. This is just the beginning + I’m so excited to be able to share my passion projects with you! To everyone that’s been a part of the beta process. I’m grateful you took a chance on me. This gentleman returned 2x after his blowdry acting erratically where my husband had to get in between us bc he was making us so uncomfortable. Thank God for husbands. But also.
