PART 1
October on 464 Ranch >

We had the incredible opportunity to ride along with Ahrens Ranch & Wildlife during a wildlife survey and get a behind-the-scenes look at the work that goes into managing and protecting the wildlife that calls 464 Ranch home. What a way to spend the day with some of the best in the Hill Country!

Wildlife conservation is an important part of life at 464 Ranch, and each lot benefits from an agricultural (ag) valuation through our wildlife management program.

October might just be the best time to experience the ranch for yourself. Reach out to schedule a private tour!

Always a good day for Texas. 🤘

A little Longhorn spirit and a whole lot of love for the land. We’ll always be proud to have our roots right here in Texas. Hook em!

Special thanks to Hooves & Horns for letting us spend some time with these sweet longhorns and snap a few photos. Book them for all your events, horse and longhorn needs! @hoovesandhornstx

We love Johnson City! Life is really good when you can slow down and enjoy the simpler things. We hope you have a safe and fun holiday weekend with your loved ones. Maybe like Aric, you’ll be sipping on a cold glass of buttermilk or a nice scotch in the evening! 🇺🇸
