✨🤍Wellness Wednesday 🤍✨

I’m learning that being strong doesn’t mean handling everything on your own.

Yesterday I had my first therapy session, and it felt like the beginning of something important. I’ve been dealing with a lot internally and instead of ignoring it, I finally chose to face it.

I’m proud of myself for taking that step. Growth is uncomfortable, but I’m ready for it. I want to be able to fully receive the success I’m stepping into and truly live life to the fullest.

The DR gave us everything ✨🇩🇴 — stunning beaches 🏖️, city tours 🏙️, chocolate tasting 🍫, and a behind-the-scenes look at a tobacco factory.
