Had a glimpse of this tropical paradise in Baler, Aurora. 🌴

Inspired by a love for surfing and shaped by the laid-back spirit of Baler, Balerfornia reflects its California-based owner's vision of creating a space that embraces nature, simplicity, and the slower pace of coastal living.

Late night summer talks 😌

Balerfornia SERVED. From the sea to the farms of Aurora, one table filled with local ingredients, stories, and flavors that capture the heart of Baler.

Me, having the time of my life.

Baler Tequila. 🌵 (Yup, straight from Baler’s soil.)

Balerfornia chefs pouring their whole heart out, one plate at a time.

We’ve entered a new era here at Balerfornia.
Experience private dining curated by Chef Tim Alegre. With his talent and creativity in sourcing local ingredients, this offering captures the essence of Aurora.

Surf and food has always been the soul of why we gather here. Having the option of an elevated dining experience in a space like Palm Villa, is something you won’t find anywhere in Baler.

DM us for more details.
