If you need me I will be over here daydreaming about cooler temps, good friends, and being outnumbered by all these kids on the trail 🤪 by @balkman

Freight baby. Don’t worry that’s a seat belt. by @balkman

“Skate camp” with a bunch of buddies just wrapped up. 8 Tuesday nights full of mental strength and resilience coaching through slams, victories, frustration, and friendships. Would recommend to anybody who wants to learn a new skill and feel like a kid again.

Not pictured, but in the same class with us, Emily and Denice! by @balkman

Been hitting the foam roller religiously, so my back is straighter than it’s ever been. 10/10 would recommend for my fellow hunchbackers. by @balkman

Big muddy party ride for Dillon’s birthday today. Love sloshy trail-ripping and brother-in-laws who I struggle to keep up with. by @balkman

Don’t worry @stevecaballero my kids act this way with everyone they meet. I’ve not met many of my sports heroes, but this was quite neat for me. Grand opening of Washington Wheels Park. by @balkman

Found some good turns today!
“Float like a butterfly” is about all I’ve got so far, but I can ski and thats a win after the trash year the right leg has had. by @balkman

“So how’s the old 4runner project going?”
Holladay to Millcreek in 4Low at 3 mph was a perfect first ride for my kids in the ‘86. Thanks to all the real ones who pulled up next to me and said “just keep going”. by @balkman

Hobie is 5! by @balkman

QuickRip with family.

Not pictured: accidental unintentional group cold plunge, and Jess going to the ER so they could sew up her new elbow hole, during which both of our phones died, so no gore pics today. by @balkman
