Why I’ve started ballin - I started hooping when I was 8 on the school blacktop court during recess. The boys in my class had this whole game going on and would always take over the court while all the girls just hung out on the sidelines. I was amazed by how they were all in, not even caring about skinned knees or getting hit in the face, just shouting and diving for the for the ball. I admired how expressive and fearless they were. While the girls hesitated to join, I couldn’t resist the eagerness of wanting to o play, even though I knew everyone would think I am so weird to be competing with guys. However, I used the fact that I was twice the size of everyone my age at the time to my advantage, leading me to walk on the court with the confidence of a queen, and absolutely kicking their asses. That’s how the love story all began.

Fav move - assist, I’ve always admired the player who can see a play before it happens, the one with almost a scientific knowledge of the game and those who use that talent to make their teammates shine !
