It’s a GIRL! 🎀🩰❤️🎀Introducing Miss Filomena Helen Dans! Named after two of her great grandmothers and Matriarchs of our families, Baby Fifi arrived 9lb 5oz and 22 inches long via VBAC (my 4th!)! We’ve had a busy couple of days settling in together and I have to say that wow - Life is SWEET!!! Becoming a Mom has been a dream come true for me, and with each new addition the love for our family deepens tremendously. Paul and I are so thankful to welcome our FOURTH DAUGHTER, together, happy and healthy!!! I really thought it was a boy 💙 so this was a terrific surprise! cannot believe I’m now a MOM of FIVE!!! 🐣🎀Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes along the way!! by @balletbeautiful

39 Weeks with BABY 5! Everyone has a different definition of having it ALL. This is mine. ❤️ I had a blissful childhood and always wanted 1. To be a ballerina! 2. To one day get married and have 5 kids. And here we are! Throw in a wonderful dance career followed by starting my own online ballet fitness and wellness business in between. My Dad and great Uncle Harry Miller ❤️ I see our little Filomena in my Dad’s smile here! What a special moment to have captured of our beloved War Hero with my Dad as a baby. I never got to meet my great Uncle Harry because he was Killed in Action April 1, 1945 when he landed on Okinawa. Today we remember our fallen American heros, family and loved ones who made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us. Happy Memorial Day and God Bless. ❤️🇺🇸 by @balletbeautiful

Why I’m not evening THINKING about losing weight (after having a Baby. 🥰 1. Breastfeeding and dieting are NOT compatible. This is my 5th time exclusively breastfeeding so I have learned a ton about how to make it work and the reality is, it takes a ton of food, water and commitment, especially in the early days/weeks/months when you are establishing your supply.
