So much was packed into this year. Let’s start with shows: thank you to @threetowersband our tour buddies, @theya_band @tocca_band @ladystarbeast @projecthazemusic @replication_official @judiciarytxhc and so many more that I wish I could fit in this post for making this year so healing for me. Ya’ll’s music lifted me up in more ways than I could describe (especially in the pit 😉)

I am forever grateful to my band, @hypnoticpatternmusic for making this the year we recorded an album together. It took two years but putting this out genuinely is one of the most awesome experiences of my life. Thank you to Ryan at @districtrecording for making us sound the most authentic “us” possible. If ya’ll need someone to record you please go see him. And if you haven’t seen the other band I’m in yet, keep an eye out for shows with @fail_salon , we’ve got way more in store for you too.

Thank you to @earthling.entertainment @pranaypareek and @simonerotmanphotography for giving me the opportunity to share my experiences onstage in such a beautiful way. Your eyes behind the camera are such gifts to the world!

Man. If you made it here, thank you to you too. I navigated going on tour with my band, financial ruin (shoutout to my bankruptcy attorney Jake!), a challenging breakup, recording an album, joined a second band, taking 15 kids on the road for 7 days, meeting someone new, spending time with my bestie of 10 years, getting promoted, and a whole bunch of other shenanigans that have fallen out of my brain. 2025, you were a fabulous monster and I’m so thankful. 2026, you got big shoes to fill, babe. Going to a show tonight with someone lovely, which feels like the best way to end the last normal day of a year filled with so much music and community. See you on the other side.

Pride and gratitude.
We couldn’t be happier with how our show at @spirethechurch came out. Thank you @sludgebucketbnd for inviting us on the bill, @beyond_the_0 for opening the night, and Spire for hosting such an incredible evening. Most importantly, we want to thank all of you for supporting us, bringing the vibes, and celebrating the drop of our new single, Shadow Rabbit. We honestly wouldn’t be where we are without our lovely friends and supporters. Stay tuned for more show dates and single drops coming your way. 🤘🏻💜 - 📸 🎥credit: @nathanxmoody_music #grateful #originalmusic #spirethechurch #heavypsych #stonerdoom #bayareamusic #femalefrontedmetal #fyp taken in Oakland, California by @balloonkiller3000
