This wasn’t an easy decision to make. 🤍

After years of creating so many beautiful memories outdoors, I’ve made a decision that I know is best for my team, our clients, and Balloons Luxe moving forward.

Sometimes growth in business isn’t about saying yes to more — sometimes it means knowing when it’s time to say no, even when that decision may cost you opportunities.

I’m incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted us to be part of their outdoor celebrations over the years. So many of these setups will always hold a special place in my heart.

Please swipe to read why we’ve decided to close this chapter. 🤍

Here’s to protecting our team, protecting the quality of our work, and continuing to create beautiful celebrations — just a little differently. ✨

She DMD did it 🦷

Celebrating this incredible milestone with a custom-designed setup that’s as elevated as her journey.

From oversized book props to personalized shelving, delicate florals, and the sweetest molar vase centerpieces… every detail was thoughtfully curated to reflect her story.

A moment this big deserved a design just as unforgettable.

Theme: Timeless Elegance

Our beautiful mama-to-be envisioned a celebration wrapped in rich shades of brown, burgundy, and green—an evening filled with dancing, laughter, unforgettable memories, and amazing food shared with the people she loves most.

To soften the palette and highlight her stunning burgundy dress and florals, we suggested subtle hints of ivory, creating a warm and balanced look.

With a large space to fill, we designed multiple interactive stations to keep the flow comfortable, avoid crowded lines, and beautifully showcase her thoughtful favors. Between dinner and dessert, guests enjoyed a fun interactive game—our favorite teddy bear blindfolded diaper change—giving everyone a chance to laugh, connect, and digest before dancing the night away again.

One of the most meaningful elements of the night was creating keepsakes for baby: heartfelt notes for the baby book, along with custom bibs, onesies, and burp cloths lovingly made by guests.

It was truly a special night for all of us🤎

We Can Bearly Wait!

A beautiful celebration, planned by Carlota, sister of Mommy to be! We are always on board to offer recommendations for vendors who we know can fulfill the clients vision, and time and again, everything comes together beautifully.

Every detail brought by @balloonsluxe (table centerpieces, 2 backdrops, balloons and florals), and the big, plush teddy bears, were exactly the descriptives Carlota mentioned when we first met!

A delicious and beautiful brunch spread was artfully displayed by @forkitgrazing (as always), and the desserts were amazing, and always delicious, thanks to @delishcakes630

This little hidden gem continues to awe and surprise guests as they walk in the door; we’re thankful for each and every event we have the opportunity to be part of!

Unpopular opinion: The wrong font can ruin a beautiful backdrop.

My biggest design ick? The WRONG FONT!
Let’s talk about why typography matters in event design.

I see so many beautifully executed setups with stunning draping, gorgeous florals, and thoughtfully selected details… only for the entire aesthetic to be compromised by oversized, bulky, overly bold lettering.

And once you notice it, you simply cannot unsee it!

Typography is not just wording on a backdrop. It is part of the design. The wrong font can take an otherwise elegant, sophisticated setup and completely change its visual impact.

Especially for bridal showers, engagements, and weddings, where the backdrop is often the main focal point and the setting for some of the most memorable photographs.

Bigger and bolder does not always mean better.

Not every backdrop needs thick, chunky lettering competing with the rest of the décor. Sometimes, a delicate serif, a refined script, or beautifully spaced lettering is all you need to make a statement.

Welcoming Baby Rayyan!
A beautiful congratulatory celebration, welcome their sweet little boy.
Bring tradition, religion and elegance
For this Mubarak tradition, We decorated using beautiful Islamic motif panels, and elevated it with a stone wash, claypots, water fountain and a beautiful color palette of florals.
For the centerpieces we used fresh florals, grapes and limes and , tea light candles for a soft lighting.
