It’s with the heaviest hearts and sickest stomachs that I make this post…
Balm salon was completely destroyed by the flooding from the French broad. This haven and sanctuary that was my business and place of work will have to be completely rebuilt. I started a go fund me to help support myself and my stylists since we’ve lost our place to work and income while we try to rebuild and replace what’s been lost.

Anything helps, I know our whole community is hurting and we all have a lot to replace. So so many people were impacted by this completely devastating storm.

Here is a bit about Allie below: 💕

Hi I’m Allie Fox owner of Al’s Body Shop & licensed Esthetician. I was drawn to esthetics by a genuine love of helping people feel confident, comfortable, and at home in their own skin. There’s something really special about being part of someone’s self-care journey, and I don’t take that trust lightly.

I was born in Florida and raised in Western North Carolina, growing up in Franklin before making Asheville home in 2017.
Some of my favorite services to provide are Microneedling, Lash Lifts & Tints, and a relaxing facial that will leave you with glowing skin.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me spending time outside with my pets, getting creative, or enjoying a nice meal with loved ones.

Above all, I value real connection. My goal is to create a safe space that feels warm, relaxed, and welcoming- where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. ❤️

Five years old! 🥳
What a wild ride it’s been the last 5 years… creation, destruction, rising from the ashes, and expansion.
I never knew what would happened when I started this journey, and I never expected the last 5 years.
I’ve put in countless hours, blood, sweat, tears, joy, and heartache into this business.
I feel so honored to hold and grow a space to house so many amazing people, to watch others grow their businesses, to nourish a spot where people come to share their joys, fears, and sorrows.
What an honor ✨
I’m so grateful for the amazing people in my life who have made this possibility a reality, who have believed in me and stood by me in the good times and the bad, for my community who helped light the way when the path forward felt so dark.

Had the honor to learn from @skipdoeshair a couple of weekends ago @neonmoonsalon! Feeling so grateful to have such an amazing opportunity in this town to continue to grow my skills as a stylist.
