live music. wicked venue. ice cold drinks. AND vinyl crates to dig? name a better Friday night combo. that's right YOU CAN'T. 😤

stoked to support this absolutely sick line up of local bands by keeping y'all busy between sets with some good old fashioned analogue treasure hunting. 🪎

huge thanks to the sweet humans at @thedenshows for inviting me out. so excited to see everyone in just a few days! 🤘🏼🖤✨ taken in The Den by @balshit

Thursday, 9/11/25 is a day I’ll #NeverForget. I’ll celebrate the anniversary every year until the day I die.

The infamous @MrDaveHill invited @Balshit to the stage to support half of his set at the @FlatIrongso in Greensboro.

It was amazing to witness the banter and the rock, but the best part was how cool and sweet Dave is off stage. Support artist that lift up other artists and bring smiles to everyone’s faces in the room!

Dave Hill is the real Deal.

More to come from our epic night of rock at the @flatirongso with @mrdavehill, but in the meantime here’s Jordan and Dave with their respective, ass-kicking @dunable_guitars Yeti and Asteroid! 🤘🤘🤘 📷 @studioburg by @balshit

Who am I gonna see Thursday (9/11) in Greensboro at the @BALshit and @mrdavehill show?

This is dream show for me. My best buds opening for an amazing touring musician/comic, Dave Hill, who happens to have the best opinions on the world (including the Trumpster fire and Guitar Center).

Maybe @mrdavehill will stare at @theproduge if he does the GC bit since Jordan worked there for a hot minute (so did I).

Anyway, check some BTS b-roll footage from the project the guys are working on. See you Thursday, 9/11.

This will be a show to #NEVERFORGET

Come see us with @mrdavehill at @flatirongso on September 11th. 🤘🚀👽🛸

Science Fiction and Rock & Roll have a stellar history. For decades songwriters have gravitated to the idea that humanity is not alone in the cosmos. From Bowie to Radiohead, Klaatu to Hum, the sky is no longer the limit.
‘Seafoam’, the debut album from alt-rockers BAL, is the latest addition to this canon.

In early 2020 longtime bandmates, Jack Foster and Jordan Powers (House of Fools, Far-Less), decided it was time to look to the stars for newfound inspiration. The pair blasted off, drawing from a love of all things sci-fi, as well as a shared affinity for ‘90s Alt/Indie and Heavy Rock music. The result is ‘Seafoam’ – a grungy space-rock offering that feels as comfortable in your old CD case as it does streaming online. taken in Flat Iron by @balshit
