The Island! This was shot on my first day 6 weeks ago by a YouTuber in a nearby village @putranji_akhyar. It won’t last forever and the boats will eventually reappear but for now I’ll keep visiting every morning and progressing myself through exercise and healthy diet 🏝🏊🏽 by @balticmonkey

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting and spending time with Harry Redknapp yesterday. He came to my local bar to watch the north London derby and sat next to me. Was a day that I'll never forget ! Thanks Harry you're a diamond @harryredknapp @talksport taken in Quinta Da Saudade by @balticmonkey

Re-kindling lost years with my older brother a couple years ago was the best thing ever 💪

I think this is taken in France when I was 11 and my brother Sam was 17🧍🧍‍♂️ by @balticmonkey

Took a week off Padel to visit my Nan 👵🏾 with my nephew @billiewilliamthethird. Even though she’s now blind and almost 101 years old it’s amazing how positive and lovely she is. I hope I get another chance to see her in March.

After the week visit we went to see @yungblud in Zurich. It’s so cool to follow this lad from South Yorkshires journey he’s just got better and better and the gig was outstanding.

“There’s a chance I won’t see you tomorrow, so I will spend today saying hello. And all the hopes and dreams I may have borrowed, just know my friend I leave them all to you”

Thank you for commitment to our club 100% Blade Chrissy Wilder. Wrong decision to part company by a board full of yanks who use an AI model for recruitment.

Pictured here with the good man after our 3-3 home draw with Man United 2019/20 season in @thelescar pub ⚔️❤️🤍🖤. Sat and had a drink with him and Steven Bettis, of course he was on the Peroni’s 🍻 taken in Lescar Hotel by @balticmonkey

My experience in Brighton Hove at @game4padel doing the @padelmba coaching course last week. Pleased to have passed and with the top grade 80-100% it’s a really nice feeling…Finding a club in 🇵🇹 near to me to teach what I love is going to be an even bigger challenge now 🤞

Cheers @islandboymma my coach in 🇹🇭 I appreciate everything you give guiding me to learn and being there as a friend also when I need to ask anything, I memorise your lesson structure and try to put that into my own methodology.

@pacogijon87 My assessor and mentor for the course 😎🇪🇸 I really hope we meet again thank you and all the best in Kuwait 🇰🇼! Hey @karenhaz @markweaverpadeltennis 🇬🇧Thanks for putting so much energy into the course and keeping everyone feeling good. Mark you made me less nervous through nice words I appreciate it. I’ll be back there soon, what a lovely place
