Venison Bombs

Got sent this recipe from a follower and knew I had to give these a whirl. Always nice finding a new way to cook venison rather than the usual burgers or spaghetti. Topped em off with the same glaze from my last video of the ham, Cajun Honey Butter Garlic Bourbon Glaze. Had a few friends over to enjoy these with and they went quick! Damn good eatin son!

Aight Guys!! We stopped by @thebeyondtikka food truck the other day and I’m sure glad we did! I’ve been seeing a lot of people post about it, so I’ve been anxious to try em out! It’s an Indian fusion food truck and the flavors were on point! Here is what we had starting from first to last:

1. Naan Taco - Naan bread with their beyond tikka chicken, lettuce and tikka white crema served with fries.

2. 99 Degree Loaded Fries - Golden crispy fries tossed in peri-peri masala topped with 99 degree chicken and drenched with beyond tikka sauce and tikka white crema.

3. Samosa Smash - Flaky pastries stuffed with spiced potatoes and peas. Smashed open and drenched with silk sweet sauce and tangy tamarind date nectar.

4. 99 Degree Chicken Bowl - Basmati rice covered with their 99 degree chicken with a fresh chopped salad and finished with their beyond tikka base and tikka white crema.

5. Beyond Mild Grilled Chicken Burrito - Stuffed with basmati rice, their beyond mild grilled chicken, fresh chopped salad, finished with their beyond tikka base and tikka white crema served with fries.

6. Beyond Bites - Double breaded golden crispy chicken bites tossed in their honey tamarind date nectar and served with fries.

7. Sampler Box - Basmati rice with their beyond tikka base and tikka white crema, Naan, 99 Degree Chicken, Samosa Smash and Beyond Tikka Chicken.

Aight Guys!! First time trying out @hooverqdoba and I can wait go back a try all the other items! Home of the free guacamole and cheese dip means they do not charge you for either if you add it into your burrito or bowls. We tried the Limited time Tequila Lime Steak Bowl, The Cholula Hot Sweet Chicken Burrito and their New Churro Chips for dessert! It was all fresh and fantastic! Hari the owner gave us a tour with f the whole facility and everything was spotless! We will definitely be back! Have you tried QDOBA yet?

Aight Guys!! Pork Belly Pinwheels! You are looking for an internal temperature of at least 200 degrees for them to be rendered down and tender. I know every smoker cooks a little different, so just keep an eye on your internal temp!

Aight Guys!! Chopped Cheeseburger Tacos!

Sauce:
1/2 - Cup of Mayonnaise
1 - Tbsp of Ketchup
1 - Tbsp of Mustard
I - Tbsp finely chopped Dill Pickles
1/4 - Tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 - Tsp of Smoked Paprika
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Ground Beef:
1 - Lb of Ground Beef
1 - Tbsp of dried Minced Onion
1/4 - Tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 - Cup of Ketchup
1 - Tbsp of Mustard
1 - Tbsp of @bearandburtons W Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cheeseburger Tacos

Asked the kids what they wanted for dinner and they demanded cheeseburgers so we decided to put a little twist on it. Nothing fancy but these are pretty fine right here son. If anyone has a secret or tip on how to keep the patty from shrinking please lmk. Next time you’re craving a smash burger be sure to give these try.
