I just installed a @bambeds system in my truck and it’s the perfect blend of thoughtful design and practicality. The new 6th Gen 4Runner is a tricky one to convert for sleeping in, but we have a solution! 🙌 Compared to the 5th en, the new seat situation requires a leveling platform, but you do end up with a longer sleeping area.

I don’t know about you but I always overpack.

I can survive on a few tshirts and a pair of shorts for a week at the beach with my family but they can’t. But when it comes to gear, I’m bringing it all. I packed three bodyboards, two collapsible beach chairs, a beach umbrella, metal detector, my surf fishing bag, and a few pairs of sneakers all underneath the BamBeds Solo platform. And on top of the platform, I put all over duffle bags which made it really easy to grab with the pop up side windows on my topper.

The best part is when I get home, I can easily remove the platform and get my truck back.

One of my simplest and best upgrades to date.

On this episode we’re talking about my new bed and storage slider system from @bambeds This is a multipurpose sleeping platform designed specifically for my Toyota Tacoma. It was super easy to install or remove to make room for additional cargo. Made from either birch or bamboo. I look forward to utilizing this system on upcoming shoots and trips!
