Strong enough to heal. Brave enough to show it.

Some days you may ask, what keeps you going?
.
.
Maybe it is... the beauty, the kindness, the breaths taken away in moments you cant form words, the people who ask how your day is going, the silence in the middle of chaos, the grass that brushes through our toes as we run away from our fears. The people who touch our souls, the smell after it rains, the animals that stay by your side, the plants that open up to the new day ready to rise, the birds that remind you music is still worth while, the delicious recipes for food, and compassion from people you seek it from most, amoung so many other things out there.
.
.
There are so many negatives in the world, so many reasons not to be here. Trust me I have said those awful words myself and have come close. Im here because of the people who cared and the moments that remind me it is worth while.
.
.
Ive loved, I've lost, and I've cried, I have felt these emotions deeply. But you should also remember the tiny and big moments; the adventures, the little inside jokes, the moment that that one person was there for you, your heart skipping a beat, the joy of being surprised, the excitement in celebrations, the endless stomach aches from so much laughter, new outfits, or once in a lifetime experiences.
.
.
There's been days and even moments where I am my own cheerleader. Remember those experiences don't let them get bogged down by other negatives. And don't ever let anyone tear you down.

.
This world should be about building people up 🙌🤗🙏

Comfy AF sweats are always a must after long days of tedious work and even travel 😌

The cool part is that when you wash them it becomes more worn-in and shredded giving that "ghetto" vibe image on the outside, but the feel of bougie comfort on the inside that keeps you nice and relaxed.

I loved Lisa Frank growing up, and still do, and this gave off those vibes 💯! It made me even more excited to walk for this designer.

Lisa Franks vast animal diversity with vibrant colors was a direct hit to my excited little kid heart when growing up.

Thankfully those were fur free!

And fur free fashion shows are becoming more and more common! This is such a positive and important shift in the designer-art community. 🙏

The weather has been strange up here in the 🏔🥶

Luckily @ignited.eyes has some seeerriousssllyy soft sweaters that are totally worth the wardrobe hall of coziness.

I caught myself wanting to sit by a fire with some warm boots and their sweater wrapped around keeping me warm through out, roasting some marshmallows.
