After training at many gyms over the last 12 years, I can say that I pick a gym for one main reason. It’s pretty simple really. Pick the gym that makes you want to go, the one that makes you want to show up. I’m grateful to have a place that isn’t too far from me and a place that makes me want to show up! Happy birthday to the LOML 🫶 if you know Grant, you know he’s super kind, laid back, smart, and athletic. He LOVES music and nature, he’s braved SO many heights.
