Summer of 2026 is off to a beautiful start and we are OFFICIALLY OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK!!

Our team is on their game, the food is amazing (as always), the music is pumping, and while Miley is 17 years old, she’s still earth side (thank you to the hundreds of people that have walked through the door and checked to see her in her spot 😂).

To all my healthy hungry people, we wouldn’t be here without you. Thanks for supporting us and understanding how much love and effort we put in to serve the cleanest food Montauk has ever seen. Nothing brings us more joy ❤️

And to our amazing team- Bambi’s wouldn’t exist without your hard work and dedication❤️

Now loading for 4th of July weekend!!!! Exciting announcements coming up, we have a few partnerships we can’t wait to share:)

Xoxo Miley, Kate, and Jaz

The Ms. Green Smoothie is a cult favorite at @bambis.cafe in Montauk, and for good reason 👀🍃

Created by Kate Usher, co-founder of this all-female–owned, organic, seed oil–free gem, the smoothie skips the ice and blends frozen fruits, greens, and a shot of high-phenolic olive oil for a creamy, antioxidant-rich glow-up.

✨ Pro tip: Stash a @kyoord Daily Shot in your bag to level up any smoothie, wherever you go.

Both @bambis.cafe and @kyoord are proudly @seedoilscout certified 💚
