@bamboo_buns is an absolute treat! Run by a young passionate cook @blake.o3 and his wife, this food truck brings so much heart and flavour to every plate. Their chicken cafreal poi and crispy flake chicken poi are the best I’ve had—juicy, well-spiced, and simply addictive. Portions are generous, prices are super affordable, and the taste is unbeatable. A true Goan street food experience that feels homely and satisfying. Highly recommend stopping by @bamboo_buns
