Never got a chance to post these videos I took during the super cell that hit on 8 13 26. Wish I had been filming when it first hit. We had just parked in the driveway and gotten out of the car. I turned and looked behind me and commented to Evan how it looked like we might get a thunderstorm. As I said it, we heard a massive roar, and saw a solid wall of gray from the ground all the way up to the sky moving at us from the ocean at 100mph. It hit some trees and bent them over and blew branches and leaves everywhere. We turned to run to the door and it hit us and almost took us off our feet. We were instantly soaked by a total sheet of rain and hail. After we went inside, I started filming this. That initial wall that hit was much stronger a few hundred feet to the north and it took down a huge swath of large trees in a pretty straight line right through forest behind the house. Glad it went that way. I had a show that afternoon with MQE in Westbrook. We had come home to get my stuff for the show. I didn’t realize those trees had fallen and when we got the car packed and left, we saw a huge crowd of the neighborhood folks standing in the road. One of them asked where we were going and after I told them “Westbrook” they said “You’re not gonna get far. The whole road is blocked by fallen trees.” So we went back and left the car in the driveway. Grabbed all of our things and hiked out over, under and through all those trees. We were picked up at the end of the road after forty minutes of tree parkour, a walk that normally would have taken 5 minutes. by @bamonthecage

Kayaked the Royal River in Yarmouth yesterday with @thunderrainlight from the Park to where the dam was removed. Lots of really shallow areas and getting out to drag the boat along, but still worth it! #kayak #kayaking #kayakadventures by @bamonthecage

How to embarrass your son...I wanted to play around with the sweet reverb in this tunnel. Evan was not digging it😂😂😂 by @bamonthecage
