This is only the start of the journey am on. We go again. Big thank you to @big_dan_lock for the opportunity and hopefully having me back to equalise the record. There will be kick boxing tournaments, tae kwondo competitions and more boxing for me. In what order, time shall tell. But this is the fittest iv ever been. And mentally the toughest i have ever been. Thank you to the @promota_ for getting me this opportunity aswell. I met some amazing people. And the other fighters corners that I backed. Won there fights. So I can stand proud. Sore, tomorrow will tell. Almost a certainty. But this is the world I live in. Il take physical pain, the pain of loss, the acknowledgement of defeat. ANYDAY!.. over the last 2 years of my life! If your suffering and feel there’s no hope, 100% there is! But it starts within you.

12 weeks clean and sober ✅ even after defeat. 🫡👊🤝💯 taken in Bournemouth by @banderton13

I ain’t going backwards. Il forever move forwards with what I can control. What I can’t.. il work on teaching myself to let go of, to feel, and to then just simply be! I’m happy within myself and almost definitely fuckin Proud! Don’t get me wrong. There’s a fire that burns, to set that boxing record equal. But hey ho, we live and we learn. In every avenue of life! Keep choosing you! Come at me if you wanna leg kick 🫡🤣 Stay strong to ANYONE that struggles. We all do! It’s just about how you choose to deal with it! Much love to anyone who supports me, and equally to those who don’t. Cause we’re all going to end up in the same place. 🙏 taken in Birkenhead, United Kingdom by @banderton13
