SKIMMING!
.
.
We recently skimmed out this loft - one of the biggest I've ever done - with the curves continuing down from the ceiling, to the slope, to the wall, ALL THE WAY AROUND! With a central aisle as you came up from the second floor and a good sized en-suite, its safe to say that anyone would want this as their loft.

K-REND!!!
.
.
K-rend is becoming more and more popular mainly for its contemporary look and that its guaranteed not to crack for 10 years!
.
.
This client was bored of their 70's looking pebble dashing and the difference the k-rend has made, I think you'll agree is quite remarkable. It has totally transformed the look and no doubt added value to their property.

WE ARE BACK BABY!!!!! .
.
Lockdown has made me realise I still had an account for the business but don't you worry, I've been stockpiling a load of jobs we've recently completed for your viewing pleasure.
.
.
Up first is a curved ceiling 20ft above a stage in a secondary school. Seeing as the original ceiling was lath and plaster, the employer felt it would be better to batten it out first, which they duly delivered. This made our job a whole lot easier - boarded and skimmed in a day! The students can now tread those boards knowing full well the ceiling won't crash down on them 👍🏼👨🏼‍🎤👩🏿‍🎤🎭.

🚨🚨WORK ALERT🚨🚨

Man Cave...COMPLETED!
.
.
.
A client had built himself a garden room and asked us to batten out the ceiling and walls and apply 15mm Soundblock plasterboard. After a quick skim its turned out to be a fantastic room to use for whatever the family want it to be. Garden rooms are becoming more and more popular because as long as it's not bigger than 2.4ft inside then it doesnt need building regulations. We've plastered a lot of these in the past couple of years and their uses are endless...gym, man cave, bar, play room, games room storage, garage and even an Air BnB.

******WORK ALERT******
.
.
.
Last week a client had a crack within their fireplace. On closer inspection, we found that it was where the previous tenants had blocked it up to make the opening smaller - you'll almost certainly get movement every time as new work onto existing will produce a weak point.
.
.
To make sure it wouldn't crack again we cut out as much of the mortar as possible, applied a resin bonding, plastered a layer of Hardwall onto the existing plaster and skimmed over the entire front face of the chimney breast. We fixed a stop bead around the opening to give it that nice clean cut finish 👌🏻.
