Nurse sharks 🦈. *Ginglymostoma cirratum*. Are a slow-moving, bottom-dwelling species of sharks that can be found in tropical and subtropical waters. They typically grow up to 10 feet long and have distinctive barbels near their mouths, which they use to find food hidden in the sand. Their diet mainly consists of small fish, crustaceans, and mollusks. Unlike many other shark species that need to constantly swim to breathe, nurse sharks can rest on the seafloor. They’re generally not aggressive towards humans unless they feel threatened. #animalenthusiast #wyld #makethisgoviral #shark #nurseshark🦈 by @bandzfromda1st

Python bivittatus 🐍~ Burmese pythons are one of the largest snakes in the world, often found in Southeast Asia. They’re non-venomous constrictors, meaning they squeeze their prey until it can’t breathe. These snakes have a tan body with dark blotches and can adapt to various habitats, from grasslands to swamps.

They mainly eat birds and mammals, and can even take down larger animals like deer. Burmese pythons are also invasive in some areas, like Florida, where they threaten native wildlife.
