WARNING: I’M ABOUT TO GET REAL VULNERABLE WITH Y’ALL, SO DON’T JUDGE!

If I told you I used to be a habitual anxiety ridden nail biter would you believe me?? I wouldn’t!!! It’s been 3 years since I’ve bitten my nails & I’m still in awe at how beautiful my nails look now!!! 😭😭😭😭

I’m so proud of my bebs who have come to me with the same problem with the intention of wanting to quit this disgusting habit. OUCH, harsh right? Well it’s the truth! Anyways, all of you have seen progress in your nail growth & some of you are still working on it! that’s okay!! Making conscious decisions day by day to love yourself more is not an easy feat, but you’ve already won half the battle. So let’s keep at it.

Anxiety is a pain in the ass, I would know. So today if you find yourself anxious, take a deep breath 😮‍💨. Inhale……………exhale. Take a moment to release what is uncontrollable & give yourself grace. You got this bb’s I love you & I’m here for you 🥹🫶🏽 taken in The Village at Westfield Topanga by @banginbebs

Big shoutout to Bianca, she seriously helped me get my natural nails healthy and growing.

I only went to her a handful of times last year, but those appointments made a huge difference.
I stopped going simply because I love doing my own nails, it’s a creative outlet of mine 🤍

If you’re looking to grow out your natural nails the right way, definitely check her out.

The Lord keeps reminding me:
My gifts were never meant to stay in my hands — they were meant to lift others up.

It’s an honor to be used for His purpose…

Following Jesus isn’t a trend or an aesthetic.
It’s a movement — Jesus loving others through me, one act of service at a time 🤍✂️🙏🏽 taken in Freedom Church by @banginbebs
