We are stricken with deep grief by sudden passing of a true leader in our fitness community.

Leroy was in front.

In front of customers as a coach.
In front of coaches and aspiring coaches through his role in their development.
He was in front of the events that mark our calendar—organizing, setting standards, supporting.

Leading and setting an example as someone who embraced the opportunities to get involved and to live fully.

Leroy was uncommonly thoughtful. In seemingly every interaction, he carried himself with an attentiveness and care that uplifted others and instilled confidence, while simultaneously putting you at ease.

He was often smiling. Laughing. He had an unmistakable, instantly recognizable grin.

We are deeply saddened to lose such a generative light.

Thank you, Leroy, for the help you always offered—and delivered on.
Thank you for always being out in front.
Thank you for putting yourself out there.
Thank you for working with us through these years.
Thank you for your friendship, encouragement, and wisdom. by @bangkokthrowdown

การเป็น Volunteer ของ Bangkok Throwdown คือโอกาสที่จะได้เรียนรู้เบื้องหลังการแข่งขัน ได้พัฒนาทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และได้พบกับผู้คนที่มีหัวใจรัก CrossFit เหมือนกัน

💥 The movement benchmarks for Elite, Rx, and Scaled Teams.

These standards are designed to help you choose the division that best matches your team’s current abilities. They represent the minimum level of proficiency we expect, not the maximum capacity you may be tested on during the competition.

The workouts will challenge far more than individual skills. Expect teamwork, strategy, communication, and execution to decide who stands on the podium.

Choose your division wisely, start preparing, and registration opens sometime this August 2nd.
