The second album marks a turning point, a body of work that feels more honest to the band they are. For the first time, Rafa no longer feels like he is carrying a one-man show.

Ankan Kumar’s music has always found its strength in emotion and his journey keeps opening up new spaces. From his early work like “Upo “with Hatirpool Sessions to becoming a singer-songwriter, composer and one of the voices behind Coke Studio Bangla’s “Long Distance Love,” Ankan has been carving out a sound that feels deeply rooted yet open to something new. by @banglanewera

PRITOM’S FIRST TOUR IN THE US // June 2025

Back in June I covered @pritomhasan’s first tour in the US (first show only) with special guest appearance (incredible @jonkabir) and I had an incredible time spending a day with these amazing artists and crafting a mini doc.

Loving the long format and to many more 🎥

Special shoutout to Sharaf and @banglanewera for making it happen. taken in LaGuardia Performing Arts Center by @banglanewera
