Old fabric labels: printed labels afixed to a cardboard liner and then folded and stapled… New labels: pre-printed with a QR code per SKU that takes you to the product information page on our website. No need to print and stick on labels constantly. I can’t tell you how happy this makes me as the person who hand produces every Banner sample that gets sent out. Truly a small business win over here in my kitchen at 9:15pm! Thanks to my dad and his sample cutting factory, we are now officially fully stocked on sampling for the first time ever 🙌🏼 #bannerhome taken in Vestavia Hills, Alabama by @banner_home

I’ve had the enjoyable of pleasure of making selections and advising on details for a spec house in Mountain Brook for the past few months, developed by some clients of mine from way back when. It sold before it was finished, for an outstanding price. I’d love to help you with your real estate investments too 😉

The point of this post though, is the wallpaper in the Powder Room. It’s @banner_home Anna - Marine, the pattern Emily and I designed for our daughter before she was born. It might be my favorite Banner pattern. Anyway, this is the first installation of it in Banner’s water / scratch / stain resistant Performance Wallcovering ground. I couldn’t be more pleased with this.

This house is now in the capable hands of my friend @katherinebmelvin who’s helping the new buyers complete the interiors. I can’t wait to see what she’ll do with this special house.
