Be a company that encourages young men and woman to want to work. Train them, be patient, slow down the process, guide them- do all the things. Keep those workers showing up everyday.

Want to see a business person cry-I’ll show you.

The weight we have to carry as we run a business. October 3rd and ask I can think about is 3 months down the road with the holidays.

We are fortunate enough to have clients that are patient and willing to wait for these larger projects.

Commercial Roof Replacement opportunity.

I am learning on every project how to land these jobs, how to be the expert and knowledgeable contractor for these owners. It is a fun space for me and the business that we are in right now-taking on bigger projects and tackling different opportunities.

What suggestions do you have when working with commercial clients and building owners?

Wait till the end to check out this magnificent view we had all summer long working on this project.

A logistical challenge we took on to help this homeowner restore the life of this mountain cabin. Several scopes were completed on this home including cedar shingles, staining, pressure washing and standing seam metal panels.

Thankful for all the hard work and effort by everyone involved to get this one to the finish line.

Whenever you drive up Crystal Mountain Boulevard up to @crystalmountain- take a look up to the hillside and check out our Blue Roof job here in the Gold Hills Community. This is the only Blue Roof that can be seen from the road and the top of the Gondola. taken in Crystal Mountain Resort by @bannerprojects
