the gym taught me 3 big things:

1. discipline is everything. whether you feel like doing it or not that doesn’t matter, you go anyways.

2.consistency beats motivation. consistency is what builds real progress. the same workout plan, same meals, same moves will put you where you want to be.

3. not every workout will show but every workout will count. it’s hard to measure when results will come in but the vision and the goal is what will keep you coming coming back.

Blood, sweat and tears for this degree. Crying over chem 112, essays after essays, endless presentations all while handling my personal life and work. Yet i would do it all again for my family, friends and angels in the sky, to see that proud look in their eyes. Honored to be adding another latina to the 24% of latinos with a bachelor’s degree.
