We are elated to have been chosen as one of the top airbnb's in Nicaragua by Conde Nast Traveler🤍

We owe a huge thank you to Anna Prendergast for featuring us alongside architectural gems such as El Coyol and La Casa Violeta. We're excited to see where design in Granada is going!

We have availability starting in late March. Reserve your next holiday with us to see why we made the list!

Located in the historic center of Granada, the villa was built in the 1930's. It was occupied as a family residence until the 1960's when it was left abandoned. It was left standing as a vacant shell until 2022, when construction on Bao Bei began.

It's incredible to feel life coming back into the building

The existing building had such stunning proportions and natural lighting that we didn't want to modify it too much. All it needed was a little clean up.

Wanna join?

I can’t wait to be back home, walking barefoot, sipping a coconut, indulging in my favorite food, and staying at the country’s most beautiful boutique hotels. Slow days, warm air, and that calm, comforting feeling where everything is simple and down to earth. 🤍🇳🇮

It's the photographers that truly capture the atmosphere of a space. Last year we had the pleasure of hosting @michelleospino_ and love the vision she brought to the project

Nicaragua's green season is coming soon! It's a little known secret that the rainy season is actually a wonderful time to visit. The country is at its lushest and there's no crowds. It's truly spectacular.
